About the role
As a Senior Brand Manager at Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies to drive market share and brand growth. You will lead the development and implementation of marketing plans for market leading brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer insights.
Key responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, R&D, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
- Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Qualifications and skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and market share. Experience in front end innovation development and comms development strongly desired.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
