Early Childhood Educator Role

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation that delivers high-quality, play-based education. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing a play-based curriculum under the guidance of national quality frameworks Aistear and Síolta.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and adhere to the services ethos and mission of Respond.
* Conduct observation and learning stories for all children.
* Organise materials and resources to reflect the children's emerging interests and abilities.
* Implement a play-based curriculum that encourages independence and fosters self-esteem growth.
* Support emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
* Assist in providing healthy snacks that meet cultural and dietary needs.
* Develop parental involvement strategies to enhance learning experiences.
* Ensure child welfare is paramount in accordance with Children First guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience
* A minimum of FETAC Level 5 in Early Years Education.
* Strong understanding and experience in Early Childhood Education and working with parents/carers.
