Job Description
A Customer Service Supply Chain Executive is required on a PERMANENT basis by CareerWise Recruitment for our Limerick County based Global Dairy Trade Client.
Role of this position
Supply Chain
1. Help in Issuing Purchase Orders [POs] for Reconciliation stock
2. Help in Issuing Sales Order Confirmations
3. Issue orders related paperwork to customers & suppliers.
4. Maintaining stock accuracy in external stores. (Every month task, Visits possibly)
5. Coordinating logistics. (Ireland)
6. Working on group projects
7. Customer service/ Supplier
8. Editing weekly orders, making sure all the sales order and product codes are correct
9. Measuring & communicating service providers performance
10. Complete rejections and Complaints log
11. Absent cover for Customs Paperwork/ UK base Production Batches
12. Administration, booking travel, flights, etc as required
Customer Experience CX
13. Help in Creating/ roll out Customer feedback forms
14. Help in Customer Playbook
Marketing
15. Monitoring Website analytics and Customer Acquisition Performance.
16. Managing business Linkedin activity.
17. Managing business marketing collateral.
