Job Title: Accounts Assistant
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team in Dublin 22. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing supplier invoices, performing supplier reconciliations, and liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing and processing supplier invoices for authorisation/approval
* Performing supplier reconciliations
* Liaising with other departments and key point of contact with the supplier to resolve queries
* Preparing customer invoices for review
* Providing cover for other roles and general office duties as part of the wider finance team
* Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects when required
Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Excel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to multi-task
