Accounts Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our team at {company}, a well-established manufacturing company based in Cork. The role is part-time, on-site, requiring 3 or 4 days per week (negotiable/flexible).

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
* Support general ledger accounting and ensure records are kept accurate and up to date.
* Help with various financial tasks as needed to support the accounts team.

Requirements:
* Prior experience in an account's role is essential.
* A good grasp of accounting software and strong Excel skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
* A self-starter who can work well on their own and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
