This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of administration support to our Partners across various Practice group areas by overseeing the management of the firm's shared resource system.
This role entails the management of Practice Administrators and Executive Assistants, providing support to Heads of Departments, Partners, and associates in client operations and internal administration. Cross functional Collaboration with relevant business support groups and is crucial for executing strategic projects.
What your day to day looks:
1. Assist in managing Practice Administrators and Executive Assistants across all firm areas to achieve operational priorities.
2. Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of a team of Practice Administrators, ensuring efficient and seamless operational workflows, optimizing productivity, and upholding high-quality standards.
3. Lead in an innovative environment, emphasising continuous improvement while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
4. Cultivate positive and respectful relationships with stakeholders.
5. Proactively drive engagement and culture to deliver an outstanding employee and client experience.
6. Enhance operational systems, processes, best practices, and reporting structures.
7. Address team member and client escalations and issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
8. Develop and execute end-to-end operational plans and strategy across the business.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in operations management within a professional services environment, demonstrating expertise in both strategic and day-to-day operations and a proven track record of delivering positive results.
