The job: Sales Manager DACH market - BDR We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead one of high-performing BDR teams.
You'll guide your BDR team to exceed monthly quotas, fostering a culture of over-performance.
Your responsibilities: Recruit, train and support BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics whilst hitting our wider strategic goals.Conduct 1:1s, providing guidance and motivation.Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture.Collaborate radically with your peers in the Business Development, Sales & Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.Enforce weekly scorecard reviews, identifying performance gaps.Your profile: Minimum 1 year of experience managing BDRs in a SaaS company.History of over-performance in an Individual Contributor and Manager role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for training and development.Data-savvy with a focus on trend analysis.Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment.Proficient with sales tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Cognism etc.Fluency in German (verbal and written) and English.Your benefits: Hybrid role, location D4.Salary 115k OTE, variable.Great benefits.Full-time perm contract.Interested?
