Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team in Cork. The successful candidate will be available to start working immediately and have a genuine interest in supporting the non-profit organisation's service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ongoing administration support with internal departments such as accounts & records
* Management of internal databases requiring great attention to detail
* Supporting the business with coordination and scheduling of day-to-day services
* Liaising with internal teams on specific projects and monthly reporting
* Filing, scanning, and management of records & files
* Inputting figures onto internal systems and excel
Requirements:
* Availability to start within 1 week
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential
* Previous exposure to reporting or funds tracking in a previous role
* Competent numeracy skills
* Ability to hit the ground running in a new position
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multitask while supporting various internal departments
