We are currently recruiting for temporary Grade III Clerical Officers in Limerick City.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Location: Limerick City Centre Full time role- 35hrs per week (9-5 Mon- Fri) Temporary 2 month initial contract PayScale is in line with Public Sector- €16.32- €25.71 per hr depending on previous relevant public sector experience Key Responsibilities: - Minute taking during meetings and accurately recording the discussions and decisions made.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, including coordinating dates, booking venues, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
- Maintaining and updating files and records.
- Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Proficiency in minute taking and meeting scheduling/organizing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
