Role Overview:
As a Parts Advisor, you will report directly to the Parts Manager and work within a dynamic and fast-paced vehicle parts department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing a high volume of parts sales from initial inquiries to final delivery for retail, trade, and internal customers via phone, online platforms, and the trade counter.
* Preparing accurate quotes for parts and accessories for both internal and external customers.
* Assisting in stock organization, ensuring proper storage and adherence to company procedures.
* Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and contributing to annual stock audits.
