Role Overview:
As a Parts Advisor, you will report directly to the Parts Manager and work within a dynamic and fast-paced vehicle parts department.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing a high volume of parts sales from initial inquiries to final delivery for retail, trade, and internal customers via phone, online platforms, and the trade counter.
Preparing accurate quotes for parts and accessories for both internal and external customers.
Assisting in stock organization, ensuring proper storage and adherence to company procedures.
Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and contributing to annual stock audits.
