The Marqette Food Hall and Bar, Terminal 1, Dublin Airport currently has excellent opportunities available for a Full Time Catering Assistants to join our team.
As we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work.
You will be expected to work from 3am for some shifts.
You must be available any day per week, 5 days over 7.
Purpose:
To provide a high standard of customer care by ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the food hall and bar operations.
Provide all guests with a consistently high standard of service by ensuring a warm welcome, delivery of accurate and efficient orders and the attention to detail that ensures maximum guest satisfaction.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
To provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the food hall and bar.
To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings; including menu's, wine's, hot and cold beverages, and promotional products.
To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Marqette's high standards of presentation.
To ensure that the food hall, bar and all food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
To participate in all relevant internal training.
To maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
