Conveyancing and General Practice Solicitor
Overview:
A well-established, progressive, medium-sized general practice law firm in Dublin is seeking a Solicitor to join their team. This award-winning firm provides a wide range of services, including litigation, conveyancing, family law, wills and probate, and commercial work. They have recently incorporated a well-regarded personal injury practice, enhancing their service offerings.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage conveyancing matters in the Cabra office, supported by an experienced Legal Secretary.
2. Advise on all aspects of contract and title for residential conveyancing.
3. Handle files in other areas of general practice with the support of a legal secretary or legal executive.
Requirements:
1. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Be capable of managing their own caseload and working effectively as part of a team.
3. Appropriately delegate tasks to and supervise legal secretaries.
4. Demonstrate flexibility, with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
5. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
Desirable Experience:
1. Experience in some of the following areas will be advantageous:
2. Probate applications.
3. Drafting wills.
4. Enduring Powers of Attorney and Decision-Making Representation (DMRs).
5. Severance agreements.
6. Litigation, debt recovery, and licensing.
