Job Title: Social Care Manager
We are delighted to announce a partnership with a Social Care provider for young people and adults who have disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.
Our client uses a strength's-based approach to ensure each service user has an opportunity to live their best life.
This is a full-time permanent position based onsite at the centre, with Monday – Friday 09:00am-5:00pm (plus on-call support).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high standard of care to service users

Qualifications and Experience:
* A Level 7 qualification in Social Care / Applied Social Studies (or Social Work), or equivalent
* Hold or be enrolled in a management qualification suitable for a health/social care setting
* 4 years post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting
OR
* A Level 8 qualification in Social Care / Applied Social Studies
* 4 years post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting
OR
* A Level 7 qualification in a related field, with the intention of completing a Level 7 in Social Care
* Hold or be enrolled in a management qualification suitable for a health/social care setting
* 4 years post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting
* Experience as Manager in an ACIMS registered centre for at least 2 of the past 3 years
OR
* Be entered onto the CORU register of Social Care Workers
* 4 years full-time work experience in a social care setting
Additional Requirements:
* A full clean manual driver's license
