Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in menu creation and development, including new ideas and recipes.
* Spearhead a great kitchen team, producing high-quality dishes for customers and tourists.
Requirements:
* 3-5 Years of experience as a Head Chef in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
* A creative flair, passion for cooking, and impressive culinary portfolio.
* Proven ability to manage an all-year-round food offering and kitchen team.
* Exceptional communication, management, organization, and time management skills.
* Flexibility with working hours, including mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.
* Excellent stock control, ordering, budgeting, and forecasting experience with a proven gross profit track record.
Benefits:
