The Lead Architect will lead the Building Design team of a leading Design Consultancy in Galway. Our client works across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare.
Job Description:
* Lead the Architectural wing of the company, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working in conjunction with them.
* Combine nationwide design opportunities with organic growth and leadership of an Architectural section.
* Combine Design/Architectural duties with business development responsibilities for the Architectural wing.
* Oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
* Lead the design process, create architectural plans, and develop detailed specifications.
* Supervise and mentor architects and design teams, coordinating their efforts to maintain project timelines.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
Requirements:
* Strong Architectural design proficiency and experience.
* Experience in residential, healthcare, and educational sectors.
* Part 3 Registered Architect.
* Self-motivated with excellent team collaboration skills.
* Strong AutoCAD proficiency and experience necessary.
* 3D and BIM design proficiency.
* Ideal candidate has >6+ years of experience.
