Responsibilities:
* Legal Secretary activities: including but not limited to opening, closing and maintaining files, document management, typing and amending documents, photocopying, booking couriers, answering the phone and taking messages for solicitors.
* Court administration: Preparing court documents and briefs; liaising with Counsel.
* Document management.
* Other duties as may arise depending on the workload across the Cork office.
What do you need?
* Minimum of two years legal secretary experience.
* Previous experience in litigation in the healthcare setting would be advantageous.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
* Previous experience and understanding of data protection software would be beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Very strong IT and systems capability.
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple activities at one time.
