Tigera is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager who has experience engaging with customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, ensuring their business needs are met and deals are structured for success. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, implementing effective sales processes, and managing the strategies that drive consistent revenue growth across our customer base. You will manage a diverse team of Account Executives, Channel Managers, and SDRs while acting as a "player-coach," combining strong leadership with hands-on sales expertise.
You will serve as a sales and industry expert, taking a consultative approach to identifying customer challenges and driving toward business value alignment. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize the sales process and maximize revenue opportunities.

You Will
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership for the entire sales team, including Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
* Set and drive ambitious revenue targets for the EMEA sales team
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize team performance and revenue growth
* Recruit, hire, and build a high-performing sales team through strategic talent acquisition
* Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team growth
* Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall company goals
* Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly
* Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced effectiveness.

You Have
* Minimum of 5-7 years of sales leadership experience
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
* Experience managing multiple sales functions (Account Executives, Channel Managers, SDRs)
* Experience managing all aspects of the team, including hiring, coaching and development, regular 1:1 sessions, and annual reviews
* Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
* Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
* Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Relevant Bachelor’s degree
