Tigera is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager who has experience engaging with customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, ensuring their business needs are met and deals are structured for success. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, implementing effective sales processes, and managing the strategies that drive consistent revenue growth across our customer base. You will manage a diverse team of Account Executives, Channel Managers, and SDRs while acting as a "player-coach," combining strong leadership with hands-on sales expertise.
You will serve as a sales and industry expert, taking a consultative approach to identifying customer challenges and driving toward business value alignment. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize the sales process and maximize revenue opportunities.
