A leading North Dublin-based medical equipment and services distribution company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations, accurate sales order processing, and efficient dispatching of goods.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining organized records.
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt communication with clients and the warehouse team.
Assist in the dispatching of goods, liaising with couriers and the warehouse.
Use Sage 200 software to manage orders ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Handle queries from the field sales team and assist them in the completion of quotations, presentations etc.
Work closely with various departments to support overall company operations.
Requirements:
Min 2 years recent local experience in a general administrative roleProven experience in office administration and sales order processing.
Proficiency in Sage 200 software is ideal but not essential.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
