An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor.

Role & Responsibilities
* Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Reviewing contract details, tender documents, and pre-construction information
* Developing construction programmes and information release schedules
* Leading site mobilisation and ensuring effective site setup
* Holding pre-start meetings with subcontractors
* Conducting regular site visits to oversee project progress and quality
* Collaborating with the project QS and Site Manager to ensure cost control
* Managing subcontractors to maintain health & safety and programme requirements
* Carrying out regular inspections and snagging using the Snag R system
* Attending project meetings and providing progress reports
* Overseeing the completion of CDM H&S and O&M manuals
* Ensuring a proactive approach to meeting client expectations
* Exercising strong contractual knowledge of JCT & D&B Contracts
