Job Description
Flexsource are currently recruiting a F&B Operations Manager for a busy Hotel Chain in Cork.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist with developing, implementing and evaluating a general business plan and strategies to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales maximisation and profitability.
* Conduct weekly inspections of the food & beverage regions to ensure the property is kept in the best condition, and recommends preventive maintenance to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager and or General Manager/Deputy GM where needed.
* Assists, plans and co-ordinates in-house activities and package plans with Head Chef, Director of Sales & Marketing and Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
* Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, food production techniques and efficiency.
* Assists in the preparation of the food and beverage business plan.
* Monitors and ensures highest levels of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services and products within corporate standards.
* Screens, interviews and selects potential Supervisors and team members for department.
* Establishes and maintains effective internal communications, including daily/monthly meetings with Supervisors and team members, to ensure optimum team work and productivity.
Requirements
* 1-2 Years Experience within Food & Beverage Sector.
* 1-2 years Hotel Management Experience.
* Fully Flexible as role is 5 over 7 day a week.
