DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day activities on our benefits programs, including health, leave, dental, life, disability, and retirement plans.
Coordinate annual benefits enrollment processes and ensure timely communication with team members.
Act as a regional benefits expert to review, enhance, and deliver best practices with emphasis on driving process efficiencies.
Conduct employee benefits orientations and handle enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Ensure benefits compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly within EMEA.
Coordinate with vendors and resolve benefits-related issues for team members.
Oversee the payment process to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and timely.
Respond to team member inquiries regarding benefits policies.
Educate team members on available benefits with a focus on EMEA region-specific details.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings.
Analyze utilization rates and team member feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with EMEA benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for benefits analysis.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* Relevant Experience or Degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or 6 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
* Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
