This role involves supporting the sales and renewal of commercial insurance policies. You'll work towards meeting sales targets, retaining clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products. Job responsibilities:
* Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key brokers.
* You'll establish trust with brokers by anticipating their needs, sharing information, and meeting commitments.
* Collaboration within your team is also essential, working closely with team leaders and managers to meet broker needs and stay on track with team goals.
What do I need?
* APA or CIP qualified.
* Minimum of 1 year experience working within the Insurance industry.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* A willingness to learn and develop within the role is also important.
