Here at Paul Byron we're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and highly organised Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounts and payroll, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including processing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs
* Handling payroll processing accurately and on time
* Maintaining and updating financial records across Sage and Xero
* Using HRIS systems such as Alkimii for time, attendance, and payroll integration
* Managing employee expenses and resolving any discrepancies
* Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
* Collaborating closely with HR and finance teams
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll administration
* Proficient in Sage and Xero accounting software
* Experience using HRIS systems, ideally Alkimii
* Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
