We are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for our client's hospitality business in Co. Wexford .
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve operational and customer service excellence Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and achieve financial targets Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences Oversee health & safety and regulatory compliance across the business Manage budgets, inventory control, and cost management Conduct performance reviews, training, and development of team members Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively Requirements: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality, leisure, or a service-focused industry Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control Ability to drive operational improvements and deliver results Strong focus on customer service and quality standards Flexibility to work across different departments and varied shifts, including weekends Location: Co.
