As the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager with branch operations and take full responsibility for managing the branch in the managers absence. Your main focus will be to lead the team in achieving sales, service, and quality targets in a customer-centered environment, while upholding all company policies and safety regulations. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee and actively participate in the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles on the workshop floor. Drive the achievement of branch objectives, including sales and quality targets. Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and accurate data entry on the companys internal systems. Support the Branch Manager with audits and other operational tasks as needed. Utilize parts, materials, and tools efficiently to maintain cost-effectiveness. Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols and all other company guidelines. Maintain strong working relationships with team members and customers. Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the operations manual. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in an automotive environment. Valid drivers license. Proficiency in diagnostics and fault-finding. Solid technical knowledge and experience in motor repair and maintenance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
