You will be responsible for driving improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance our customer experience.
Responsibilities:
The Role of an Assistant Manager
* Store Standards: Alongside the Branch Manager, you will maintain high standards throughout the store, from front of house to the warehouse. This includes ensuring that all areas of the store are clean, well-maintained, and meet our quality expectations.
* Leading by Example: You will motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, leading by example and demonstrating a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
* Store Management: You will be responsible for managing budgets, rotas, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management, and profit improvement initiatives.
