Job Description:
The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for leading the inventory control team and ensuring all operational activities are on track.
They will drive the inventory control program across the site for over 7,000 SKUs by conducting root cause analysis to identify issues affecting inventory inaccuracy and partnering with stakeholders to eliminate them.
Key objectives include improving processes to achieve best-in-class performance in efficiency and compliance, as well as supporting the Logistics Manager with analytic insights to drive improvements in logistics optimization.
Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects across the supply chain.

Requirements:
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering or related discipline (QQI level 8)
* Minimum of 5 years professional experience within Logistics or planning
* Analytical ability to utilize ERP systems (Preferably SAP) to drive process improvement and provide decision-making information
* History of driving continuous improvement through people using data and information
* Prior experience in leading people effectively either as a direct reporting team or through projects
* Broad view on Supply chain management and processes
* Team player, capable of building strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Planning and analytical skills with the ability to collate and analyse data for decision making
