Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support for program planning and delivery.
* Manage contracts and invoicing for service providers.
* Liaise with the solicitor regarding license renewals.
* Oversee logistics, including travel, venue bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
* Ensure administrative systems function efficiently.
* Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, and staff management.
* Support line managers with employee administration.
* Manage performance reviews, staff development, and training.
* Maintain efficient HR records, legal documents, and compliance files.
* Research opportunities to improve processes.
* Take minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Update policies to align with strategic goals.
* Project manage artistic development schemes.
* Oversee residency space scheduling and coordination.
* Manage grant applications.
* Implement financial management processes and budget controls.
* Foster relationships with participants and partners.
