Project Manager A top contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a unique heritage and restoration project in Dublin City, set to commence in January. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a high-profile project that combines historic preservation with modern construction standards. Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for project delivery from start to completion. Manage all project lifecycle stages, including planning, procurement, design, restoration, construction, commissioning, and handover. Work closely with the design team, specialist subcontractors, conservation experts, local authorities, and adjoining property owners to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate with internal departments such as commercial, finance, and technical teams to meet project milestones and budget targets. Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and final inspections for all restoration and fit-out work, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Requirements: Relevant degree qualification. At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on large building projects in Ireland or the UK, ideally with experience in heritage, conservation, or restoration projects. Proven track record of delivering complex projects, preferably within the heritage or restoration sectors. EU passport is required. Minimum 7 years of experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
