Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective systems and processes are in place to drive the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to make staffing decisions, assess needs and objectives, and participate in recruitment & selection process.
* Design, develop and implement employee engagement programs and HR Initiatives relating to site HR strategy.
* Provide guidance and counseling on employee relations, discipline, and performance.
* Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures and laws at a local, national, European and corporate level.
* Develop and co-ordinate communications program for harmonious employee relations.
* Lead Performance management process and ensure Divisional due dates are met.
* Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and work with Legal counsel as needed.
* Identify potential employee initiatives through functional management and employee meetings.
* Maintain accurate job documentation system by conducting job analyses and auditing regularly.
* Work with HR Central team and site leaders to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
* Prepare monthly HR metrics relating to areas of responsibility.
* Conduct all aspects of the job with confidentiality and sensitivity to employee and organizational data.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant area.
* 4-6 years Business HR experience and experience of one other HR specialization.
* A passion for people combined with strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
