Collaborate closely with the business development team, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather and organise all necessary bid-related information and documentation. Conduct comprehensive research on project requirements, competitor analysis, and market trends to enhance bid competitiveness and increase the company's win rate. Maintain a comprehensive bid tracking system to monitor and manage all bid submissions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all bid-related activities. Assist in the preparation of compelling proposal content and presentations, emphasizing the company's unique value proposition and capabilities to potential clients. Requirements: Proven experience in bid coordination or administration (preferably in a legal or professional services environment). Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and levels of the organisation.
