Our client, a leading technology company in Dublin's city centre, seeks an experienced Recruiter to join their recruitment team on a 12-month contract. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days spent in the office.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of technical vacancies across Ireland and the UK, with a specific focus on Product Engineering and Software Engineering roles. Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.
* Influencing and advising stakeholders on recruitment strategy.
* Developing and maintaining a strong, relevant candidate pipeline.
* Attracting top talent through effective sourcing techniques.
* Providing an excellent candidate experience and serving as a trusted partner.
* Managing live roles from initial intake to delivery.
Required Experience and Skills
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
* At least three years' full lifecycle technical recruitment experience, preferably gained in a high-growth tech environment.
* In-house recruitment experience is highly desirable.
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
