Legal PA | 55K | Dublin City | Hybrid
My client is currently looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join two market-leading teams. Working alongside two existing PAs, the successful candidate will support two partners and will also support several associates in their roles.
The Role:
1. Producing and amending high quality documentation from digital dictation and hand-written drafts following House Style
2. Managing emails, calendars, and contacts.
3. Taking ownership of billing processes.
4. Accurately managing all filing, including e filing
5. Diary /Travel management
6. General administration including printing, posting, photocopying & scanning
7. Entering and reporting on Business Development data in our Interaction CRM system
8. Compiling Business Development documentation for new client meetings (e.g., research, client bios and company information)
The Person:
9. You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal PA/Secretary supporting senior staff
10. You have advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
11. You have experience working with Document Management and Billing Systems
12. You have experience working with Digital Dictation systems
13. You have an ability to re-prioritise tasks when required
14. You have a flexible approach to your work
15. You can effectively prioritise tasks in order of importance
16. You have the ability to use initiative / skills to bring about a solution to a problem/issue.
17. You have the ability to always act in a discreet/confidential manner
18. You have the willingness to take ownership of the requirements of the role
19. You can demonstrate a team focus and willingness and flexibility to assist others when required
20. You are eager to learn/develop skills and knowledge to continually improve
