We are seeking a Marketing & Events Specialist to support our growing Americas region With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, we've established ourselves as a trusted partner for businesses in various industries.

In this role, you will join our Construction ERP marketing team and will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, digital, and content marketing—to develop and implement innovative strategies that fuel growth Your ability to manage multiple projects, analyze performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts will be instrumental in shaping our success If you are proactive, resourceful, and excited to contribute to a market-leading ERP solution in the construction sector, this role offers the perfect platform to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Marketing: Own the planning and execution of face-to-face and online events – both national trade events, regional associations and meetups, and online webinars.
* Trade association support: Support sales with networking with regional trade associations to expand our field marketing efforts.
* Content marketing: Work with the content team to develop and promote a rich and varied marketing plan that attracts a qualified audience for our marketing campaigns.
* Sales enablement: Support our sales teams with appropriate resources to help their self-gen efforts.
* Campaign management: Execute and collaborate with DMM on campaigns to engage prospects through the sales funnel.
* Digital marketing: Work with digital team on campaigns to grow leads and pipeline via inbound digital strategies.
* Email marketing: Plan and execute outbound email marketing activity via our CRM automation tool Marketo.
* Performance management and analytics: Measure and report on results vs targets; optimize plans and test, measure, research new approaches; analyze and define audience segments to drive campaign plans.
* Stakeholder management: Engage with the Access culture to build a network of relationships with stakeholders via continual communications with your sales, product and marketing colleagues.
* Budget management: Update budgets and monitor spend alongside campaign effectiveness/ROI.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Strong understanding of software and B2B marketing strategies, ideally with experience in the technology sector.
* Proven experience in planning and managing both in-person and online events.
* Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across various channels, with a focus on inbound digital and outbound tactics.
* Experience supporting the creation and execution of content marketing strategies that attract and engage a qualified audience.
* Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, and social media, to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
* Ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
* Experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign and event effectiveness/ROI.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate marketing strategies effectively across teams.
* Adaptable, solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to travel up to 20% annually for in-person events, as needed.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $83,000 annually, with additional On Target Earnings (OTE). Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set.
