Key Requirements include:
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process, and provide assistance throughout their stay.
Offer guests detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.
Coordinate and manage reservations for dining, transportation, spa services, and other guest requests.
Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Supervise the concierge team - commissionaires and hall porters.
Manage incoming calls, handle mail and packages, and maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests.
