EF Dublin Summer School is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Residence Team as a Residence Coordinator for summer 2025.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging living environment for international students while overseeing the smooth operation of our residential facilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong leadership and organizational skills within a professional and team-focused setting.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth operation of student residences
* Maintain a comfortable and safe living environment for all residents
* Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
* Support the Residence Manager in daily operations and decision-making
* Report to the supplier regarding meal provisions for staff and students during the summer, ensuring timely delivery, quality control and addressing specific dietary needs.
* Establish and communicate clear rules regarding meal times, curfews, and residence nights to ensure consistency and clarity among staff and residents
* Assist residents with queries, ensuring prompt follow-up and excellent customer service
* Address welfare and disciplinary issues in collaboration with the Residence Manager, ensuring sanctions are applied in line with EF’s residence rules and regulations
* Assist with the training and supervision of temporary staff and interns
* Participate in student intakes and first-week orientation sessions
Requirements
* Given the on-call nature of the position, a flexible, hands-on approach to nature & hours of work undertaken is essential
* Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRMs (desirable)
* Highly motivated, energetic, positive
* Customer service orientated, friendly & approachable manner
* Able to remain calm under pressure & to diffuse potentially difficult situations
* Sensitive to needs of international students living away from home
* Excellent communicator with students, colleagues, and external clients
* Attention to detail, organised & thorough

* Legally able to work in Ireland at commencement of employment
