We are looking to expand our aftersales team and are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and motivated Motor Technician to join our busy workshop.

Position Overview: As a Motor Technician at Parson Garage, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards.
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, so a positive attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a range of vehicles, including hybrid technology.
Work efficiently within a team to meet workshop targets and deadlines.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Keep up to date with industry developments and new vehicle technologies.
Follow all health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in line with manufacturer specifications.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Motor Technician, ideally within a busy workshop environment.
A strong motivation to succeed and develop within the automotive industry.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
A positive mindset and good work ethic.
Full, clean driving license.
Willingness to enroll in and complete Toyotas comprehensive training program, with a focus on hybrid technology.
A professional approach to work and customer interactions.
Preferred Qualifications (but not essential): Diagnostic Technician qualifications or equivalent.
Experience working with hybrid or electric vehicles.
