As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Mullingar.
The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, including Boots, Dunnes, and pharmacies. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
3. Drive retail revenue and grow market share within key accounts.
4. Maximise opportunities across in-store and online platforms.
5. Develop and implement individual retailer strategies.
6. Present and execute commercial plans for each channel.
7. Collaborate with the National Account Manager and Trade Marketing Manager.
8. Build lasting relationships with retailer partners and stakeholders.
9. Deliver strong communication and presentations.
10. Provide detailed and accurate analytical reports.
11. Conduct regular market analysis for trends and opportunities.
12. Utilise insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in a key account manager role within Boots, Dunnes, or pharmacies.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain lasting and collaborative relationships with retailer partners and key stakeholders.
5. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective retailer strategies.
6. Experience in driving retail revenue and growing market share.
