Duties and Responsibilities of the Role: Reporting to the Accommodation Supervisor, the Accommodation Assistant will execute housekeeping duties for the hotel including preparing rooms for guests and ensuring public areas are maintained to the highest standard.
Clean & prepare guest bedrooms and public areas to the required standard. Adhere to high service standards at all times.
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the Hotel.
Highlight any items or areas that need maintenance.
Be open for work in other departments if required.
Requirements for the role: Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is desired but not essential.
Must be available to work morning shifts from 8am onwards.

High attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
