1 in Top 10 Resort Hotels in the UK and Ireland in Travel + Leisure'World's Best' Awards 2020 and awarded Five Stars by Forbes Travel Guide 2021and retained in 2024.Key responsibilities of the Spa Therapist will include:Provide each guest with the highest levels of personal care and attention, in line with five-star expectations and the standards of RCH/Leading HotelsHandle all aspects of customer interactions, including inquiries, bookings, and more, in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all timesMonitor all areas of the spa facility to ensure it remains safe, well-maintained, and hygienic at all timesOffer accurate, knowledgeable, and thorough advice to all guests regarding the beauty products and brands available onsiteThe ideal candidate for the Spa Therapist position should:Hold an ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO qualification, or an equivalent credential in body and beauty therapy and massageHave prior experience working in a hotel spa, preferably in a five-star hotelDemonstrate a friendly and outgoing personalityExhibit enthusiasm and flexibility, with the ability to work 3 to 4 days within a 7-day period, including some weekendsPossess excellent communication skillsShow strong attention to detailHave the capability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectivelyBe legally eligible to work in IrelandWhat's in it for you?
