In this role, you will project manage Bord Bia’s marketing campaigns for Food Brand Ireland awareness, relevance and impact with our target audiences in line with Food Brand Ireland and the corporate strategy. What you’ll doProvide input into the planning of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns in the Irish and priority export markets, which include creative and media plans for Food Brand Ireland, in conjunction with the internal Sector and Global Business Development teams.Implement B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for sectors in Ireland and across priority export markets, ensuirng alignment with key ‘earned’ and ‘owned’ media initiatives and trade fair presences undertaken by the wider Marketing team.Develop insight- led briefs for the media agency and work with them to devise a targeted media strategy, plans and media KPI targets, incorporating input from the independent media auditor at precampaign and post campaign assessment stages.Manage the adaption and development of new creative content for campaigns and as part of broader integrated marketing initiatives, in line with brand guidelines.Monitor adherence to brand guidelines and provide support in evolving the guidelines and ensuring easy online access to them for internal and external users.Co-ordinate the collection and inputting of KPI results from Creative and Media team’s campaigns into the Marketing Evaluation Framework.Maintain and manage the risk register for the Marketing and Communications Department.Manage campaign and project budgets in line with One Bord Bia processes and guidelines.Embed adherence to the One Bord Bia Operating Model.About You Essential Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities Knowledge:Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a relevant discipline; Marketing, Communications and/or MediaMedia landscape - understanding the role different media channels can play and the impact they can have.Skills & Capabilities:Digital first mindset and comfortable with an agile culture focused on continuous improvementExperience of paid media buying through implementing and evaluating advertising campaignsExperience in creative content development for advertising campaignsExperience working with media buying and creative agencies and as part of a wider teamBudget managementCollaboration to ensure cross-organisational working and industry focused outputsDesirable Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities Knowledge:Food, drinks and horticulture industrySkills & Capabilities:B2B & B2C experienceGrowth mindset to ensure campaigns deliver on sector business objectivesStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Closing Date/Time: Wednesday, 26 February 2025 @ 5:00pm (GMT/UTC) Learn more about working at Bord Bia.
