Office Administrator/ Coordinator Opportunity
Description:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a part-time Office Administrator/ Coordinator. This is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
* Manage general office maintenance, including cleanliness, organization, and equipment upkeep.
* Handle correspondence, including email, phone calls, and scheduling meetings, while maintaining effective communication with staff and external parties.
* Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support seamless operations.
* Coordinate basic facility upkeep and report any maintenance issues to relevant authorities.
* Support staff with general administrative tasks as needed, promoting a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
* Arrange and organize travel for staff, ensuring timely and efficient execution of business activities.
* Ensure compliance with office procedures and health & safety guidelines, upholding a safe and healthy work environment.
* Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, including MS Teams and Office 365, to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
* An experienced administrator with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* A detail-oriented individual who ensures smooth office operations and maintenance, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
* A strong communicator who can effectively handle correspondence, scheduling, and liaising with staff, both internally and externally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management, with the ability to learn new software and technologies as required.
