Foreman for Restoration Project
The ideal candidate will manage a restoration project in Scarriff, Co. Clare, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site officials to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
5. Communicate regularly with project team members to provide updates on project progress.
6. Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
7. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Experience managing restoration projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
* Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
* Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
