To assist any guests or potential guests, with respect to transport, luggage, on and offsite restaurant bookings, recommendations for the local area and all other reasonable requests in a courteous and friendly manner. To read all daily reports including daily list of events and arrival and departure lists.
This provides a basic knowledge of all K Club guests and their requiremenTo ensure that all luggage is tagged immediately on entry to the hotel.
Liaise with the reception team to place luggage into the right room in a timely and efficient manner.
