Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HRIS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.Conduct weekly Workday Drop-in Clinics for companywide Payroll, HR and Recruitment teams.Assist in system configuration, security management, and business process updates within Workday.Generate, analyze, and distribute reports using Workday reporting tools.Support HR teams in optimizing Workday functionalities and automating processes.Ensure up to date, accurate compliance measures across the Workday systems in conjunction with Data Protection teams and any other relevant departmentCollaborate with SMEs and Workday community on system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.Train HR staff and end-users on Workday functionality and best practices.Document system procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines specific to Workday.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, support, or related IT/HR role, with a focus on Workday.Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time, Learning and Reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively with HR, TA, and other business units
