We are currently hiring an experienced and passionate Sous Chef for our client in Co. Mayo .

Key Responsibilities: Support the Head Chef in the daily management and running of the kitchen Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard Lead and mentor junior chefs, providing training and guidance Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained Assist with menu development, stock control, and supplier management Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Handle kitchen staff scheduling and assist with managing labor costs Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment Excellent culinary skills with a passion for fresh, high-quality food Strong leadership and organizational abilities Good knowledge of HACCP and kitchen best practices Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced setting Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays Location: Co.
