The HR Business Partner provides HR partnership to senior leadership focusing on the work environment, employee engagement, talent management, employee retention, employee relations and business processes by executing the business/GBS HR strategy. The HR Business Partner performs needs analysis to identify gaps in areas of compensation, talent, recruiting, change management and partners with HR Leaders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions to meet the needs of their assigned business unit. They possess a solid understanding of all HR functions and works with HR partners in areas such compensation and performance management.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Serves as subject-matter expert to senior leadership.Implements change based on proven change management techniques.Applies policies and procedures across an organization and positively influences policy enhancement.Applies compliance knowledge to protect organization and mitigate risk.Seeks ways to proactively improve organizational processes and outcomes; implements solutions that are aligned and consistent with global HR best practices.Identifies and reports insights and trends to Leaders.Experience and Qualifications:Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas – HR, Legal, Business.Minimum of 5 years HR Business Partner experience including experience working with and influencing senior leadership in large, complex multinational organisations.Excellent working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition and coaching.Outstanding skills in stakeholder management, proven ability in building and managing relationships.Proven interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization.System Experience in Workday desirable.CIPD qualified desirable.Employee Relations Experience - Performance Mgmt, Coaching Leaders etc.
