Leading, motivating and developing reports in addition to setting measurable and challenging goals for the group. Enable regular feedback systems as a group and on an individual basis.Perform succession planning to ensure service level to core business is maintained at all timesReviewing batch documentation and providing support to the RM team - coordinating timelines and signing of Manual Certs of Analysis.Deputise in absence of QC Manager and Departmental designate for complaints, LIR and trackwise sign off for QC Manager.Ensuring complaint batches, are investigated, analysed and results reported as per service level agreements.
