We are looking for customer focused, sales-oriented individuals with service industry/installation experience to join our team of Alarm Installation Technician at PhoneWatch! The right candidate will have a technical aptitude, be target driven, have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills. This Alarm Installation Technician role is based in Co. Cork - uncapped earning potential!
This vacancy is a full time permanent position. Salary potential €45,600 a year (OTE) - €26,900/year + Commissions, Bonus & Subs
Key Duties of an Alarm Installation Technician:
1. The position involves the installation and maintenance of alarm systems.
2. Carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and recommend additional components customers should consider purchasing in order to enhance their overall level of security and safety.
3. Recommendation and Up-sale of additional components to customers in line with agreed targets.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and complete job related documentation.
2. Experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential.
3. Being customer focused to increase sales by selling additional products to suit security needs.
4. Ability to use hand-tools.
5. Full clean driving licence is essential.
6. Safe Pass/Manual handling/Ladder training is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
7. Please note that all applicants must be aged 23 or over.
