In collaboration, we are searching for a Business Development Representative with German to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success teams.
* Position: Business Development Representative
* Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
* Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office (after initial training)
* Employment type: Full-time
* Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showing prospects how the product can revolutionize the client's business.
* Proactively source new opportunities using cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches.
* Qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives for closing.
* Build long-lasting, impactful relationships with key stakeholders.
* Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
* Engage prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
* Be a passionate advocate for the company's product and services, generating interest and assessing the perfect fit for both parties.
* Quickly become an expert in the company's offerings, staying updated on the latest developments and services provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
* A burning passion for a career in sales.
* Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B/BDR (SaaS).
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
* A growth mindset with a positive attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
* Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
